We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at our festive

Pancake and Waffle Hut

and

Das Soup Haus

at the Vancouver Christmas Market this year. You'll be serving delicious seasonal treats and drinks, creating a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, and helping spread Christmas cheer!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot food, snacks, and beverages (e.g. pancakes, waffles, affogato, soup, sandwiches, saute mushrooms, etc) Operate the till, handle cash/card payments, and maintain accurate transactions Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hut, work surfaces, and equipment Restock supplies and assist with inventory control Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, festive attitude Assist with setting up and closing down the hut each day

About You

Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Comfortable handling food and beverages (training provided) Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is a plus -- but not essential Must be available to work weekends and evenings during the market period

Contract length: 1.5 month

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
