Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of work areas Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Utilize POS systems for order processing and transactions.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff. Attention to detail to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
