Must-haves

Strong work ethic and resilience.

Comfortable with a fast pace, repetitive tasks, peak-hour pressure, and standing for extended periods.

Proven reliability and role stability.

Consistent attendance and follow-through. Frequent job changes or short tenures are not a fit for this role.

Follows direction and SOPs.

Accepts supervisory guidance, complies with scheduling and task assignments, and adheres to all store policies.

Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese.

What you will do

Create genuine connections with customers through clear, pleasant communication. Prepare beverages and light food to standard recipes or customer specifications, including adjustments to temperature and ingredient quantities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; restock and complete opening/closing checklists. Operate POS accurately and support basic inventory tasks.

What you bring

Willingness to work and learn in a dynamic environment. Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo shifts during slow periods. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
