We are a local, growing restaurant group known for exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere and homemade comfort food. As we continue to evolve we are looking for a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our sustained success.
Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting the service team while running high quality shifts.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead and support staff during shifts, providing direction as needed
Train, coach and follow up with staff to uphold restaurant standards
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
Provide feedback to staff to encourage growth
Work closely with the management team to improve procedures and achieve budgetary goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication with the ability to lead
Proven ability to motivate, train and develop team members
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and a professional appearance
