We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering responsibilities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and payments Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally Assist with food industry-specific tasks such as order processing, serving, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience or background in food service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if required A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
