Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere Amazing customer service skills to ensure customers needs are met Make drink orders quickly and efficiently Handle food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with food service, including serving dishes and refilling beverages Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery and customer requests

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with food handling, serving, and upselling techniques is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
