We are looking for a Korean Cuisine Restaurant Assistant Manager / Bar Manager with Western Fine Dining Experience
Ideal Candidates will have:
- 2+ year experience in a high volume restaurant
- Food Safe Level 1 (Ideal)
- Open Availability
- Fantastic work ethic
- An upbeat and positive attitude
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Speaks another language is an asset
Ideal Candidates will have:
- At least 3-5+ years in this industry of experience
- An all-rounder which who are willing to serve, bartend, and barista, bus, host
- Open availability for Tuesday-Sunday AM + PM
- Composed and Calm
- Approachable & Welcoming
- Upbeat personality & Willing to go the extra mile on a day to day basis
- This is a roll up your sleeves management position
- Willing to educate and groom the team
- Maintain the tip pool culture to form the team mentality
- Fluent in another language would be an asset
