Job Summary

The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's front-of-house activities. This position is responsible for overseeing customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Duties

Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness. Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee customer service interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient food preparation. Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. Proven leadership abilities with experience in training and managing staff. Familiarity with POS systems and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
