Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, restaurant management, and team leadership. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff Develop and maintain cocktail menus Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Requirements:

Previous experience in bartending, restaurant management, or a related field Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of food safety standards Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus Team management skills are essential
