We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will play a vital role in designing and arranging for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations.

Part-time/Full-time designer needed!

$18.50 /hr (Minimum)

A minimum of 1 year of floral shop experience. Floral certificates or course experience is an asset.

The ideal candidate is:

Goal-oriented. Creative. A quick learner that is willing to learn new skills. Helpful and motivated. Has a positive, upbeat attitude. Self-reliant, while also being able to work in a team. Is not afraid to take initiative. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work an 8-hour shift while standing. Able to lift approximately 40 lbs. Must be available to work several Saturdays and some Sundays.

Duties

Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions Filling orders with the help of the team Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs. Providing excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone. Helping to maintain the store (unpacking, preparing supplies, cleaning etc.) Assist with other day-to-day tasks

Experience

Previous Floral Design experience in a Flower Shop with retail sales or customer service. A minimum of 1 year of floral shop experience. Floral certificates or course experience is an asset.
