About the Role

As a Florist & Barista, you'll play a dual role, creating stunning floral arrangements and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. If you love working in a creative, customer-focused setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Florist:

oDesign and create custom floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and event pieces.

Provide consultations with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences.

Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants, ensuring quality and freshness. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies. Set up and design floral displays to enhance the shop's aesthetics.
As a Barista:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an excellent cafe experience. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment and workspaces. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

:

oPrevious experience as a florist or barista is preferred but not required--passion and willingness to learn are key!

oStrong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

oCreativity and attention to detail, especially for floral design.

oAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

oFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

oPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
