Floral Manager

The Job

Reporting to the Floral Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of the Blooms department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained You'll, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity You'll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination You'll manage ordering and inventory

Pay for this job:

Starting Range:

$23.00-$24.75

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range:

Up to $29.50
