We are looking for a

Part-Time Floral Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for flowers, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will assist with designing and assembling floral arrangements, maintaining fresh product, and supporting event set-ups as needed.

Responsibilities

Create floral arrangements for everyday orders, events, and corporate clients according to design guidelines and customer preferences Assist with processing and conditioning flowers upon arrival Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the design studio and cooler Prepare flowers and materials for upcoming events and deliveries Help with on-site event setup and teardown when required Ensure high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation Communicate effectively with team members and contribute creative ideas

Qualifications

Previous experience in floral design or related creative field preferred Experience working in retail settings Strong sense of color, composition, and style Ability to work efficiently under time pressure, especially during holidays and event seasons Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting buckets, standing for extended periods, and working in cooler environments Valid driver's license an asset (for deliveries or event assistance)

Pay: From $15.35 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
