Job Summary:

Florista is seeking two creative and experienced Part-Time Floral Designers to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for crafting stunning floral arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall aesthetic of our boutique. Responsibilities:

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including bouquets, centerpieces, and custom orders. Process and condition fresh flowers to ensure longevity and quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including flower processing and display areas. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with selections and offering expert advice. Assist with retail sales, including processing transactions and maintaining inventory. Contribute to the overall visual merchandising of the shop, including creating attractive displays. Stay up-to-date with current floral design trends and techniques. Assist with shop maintenance and daily operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional floral design experience is required. NEED TO WORK WEEKENDS.

A strong understanding of floral varieties, processing techniques, and design principles. Excellent creative and artistic skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable transportation. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour, dependent on skill and experience. Part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, with potential for growth.
