Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Floral Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role involves delivering fresh floral arrangements and gifts to customers promptly and professionally. If you have done deliveries with any of the gig apps or been a courier driver before, or are just starting, this could be a great role for you.

Responsibilities

Have your own transportation (SUV or minivan is preferred, but a regular sedan is ok too.) Load and unload floral arrangements, ensuring they are secure during transit. Deliver orders accurately and on time, providing excellent customer service upon arrival. Navigate route driving efficiently, adhering to scheduled delivery times and traffic laws. Communicate effectively with the team regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes.

Qualifications

Experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with floral or retail products, is a bonus, but not required. Customer service and attention to detail are most important. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools. Reliable transportation with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
