Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to maximize revenue opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and follow-up. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist in account management for repeat customers, ensuring their ongoing needs are met. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of construction and renovation processes is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer interaction. Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards. Experience with marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and sales conversions is desirable.
