Summary

As a Retail Flooring Sales professional, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, delivering accurate quotes , in home estimates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilizing your premium skills in negotiation and marketing, you will engage with clients to promote high-end flooring solutions. Your relevant skills in merchandising and account management will further enhance our team's success in achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct negotiations to finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage accounts effectively, maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote flooring products and drive sales initiatives. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on flooring options and maintenance. Utilize effective communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members Proven experience in retail sales and customer service Proficiency in account management and marketing strategies Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Familiarity with merchandising and product demonstrations to drive sales
