You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively market to customers. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Negotiate with customers to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for sales with the ability to market products effectively. Experience in account management is an advantage but not required. A willingness to learn about product renovations and updates to better assist customers.

Pay: $35,897.36-$58,926.47 per year
