We are seeking a skilled flooring installer and insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring and insulation installation or be willing to gain experience in both trades. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The candidate must have a valid drivers license
Responsibilities
Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as specified in project plans.
Prep floors prior to installing flooring
Read and interpret work orders and comfirm the correct materials are on site prior to starting the job.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install materials.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring and insulation installation or related construction fields is preferred.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in insulation and flooring work.
Strong attenton to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required by the job.
