Seven Oaks Hotel in Regina is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Floor Tiler

to join our maintenance and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for precision and craftsmanship, with experience in laying and finishing a variety of tile surfaces in both guest-facing and operational areas of the hotel. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and beautification of our property.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and measuring areas. Cut, shape, and lay tiles using appropriate tools and adhesives. Apply grout, clean excess, and finish surfaces for a polished, professional result. Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as required. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule work with minimal disruption to guests. Maintain tools and work area in good condition and report any needs for replacements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a floor tiler or in a similar position. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical plans. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Good communication skills and team spirit. Knowledge of safety practices in construction or renovation environments. Ability to work efficiently and independently under deadlines. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
