Role Overview:

As a Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and cultivating relationships with both guests and staff. Your leadership will help maintain a high standard of service while creating an enjoyable, memorable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Support & Training: Lead by example, ensuring staff has the tools and training needed to succeed.

Guest Relations: Build lasting relationships with guests, creating a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.

Sales & Atmosphere: Encourage upselling while maintaining a fun, energetic environment for both guests and staff.

Health & Safety: Ensure that all food safety protocols and operational procedures are being followed.

About You:

Experience: Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a service or similar role.

Passion: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating an exceptional experience for both guests and staff.

Leadership: A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Organized: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
