Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff to ensure smooth store operations.
Train, mentor, and support team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and place orders to maintain optimal product availability.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Oversee cashier operations and ensure accurate cash handling, register balancing, and compliance with financial procedures.
Implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed store sales targets and profitability goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development.
Create and manage staff schedules, approve time off, and oversee payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in basic math and analytical skills for managing budgets, inventory, and sales reporting.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of cashiering procedures and best practices in customer service.
