Position Summary
The Floor Runner / Cabinet Games Attendant plays a key customer-facing role on the gaming floor. This position is responsible for assisting patrons with electronic gaming cabinets, supporting bingo operations, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations -- while also actively
selling bingo products and promotional items
to customers. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and fun gaming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers on the floor, offering friendly and professional assistance.
Assist patrons with Cabinet Games, troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating technical problems when required.
Actively
sell bingo products, paper, and promotional offers
to patrons, ensuring accurate transactions.
Handle cash and POS transactions while maintaining maximum security of all assets.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries about bingo programs, concession, promotions, and gaming options.
Monitor player activity and follow compliance requirements, including
Self-Exclusion, My PlayBreak, FINTRAC, and AML procedures
.
Support bingo sessions by assisting with declared bingos, returning payouts, and helping with seating and floor coverage.
Ensure the gaming floor is safe, clean, and free of hazards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, volunteers, and fellow staff to keep sessions running smoothly.
Cover shifts and assist other team members when required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure
patron and staff safety
and the smooth operation of the business.
Required Qualifications
AGCO Gaming Assistant License
(must have or be able to obtain).
Smart Serve Certificate
(must have or be able to obtain).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle conflict and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Experience in
retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
is considered an asset.
Familiarity with gaming operations or cabinet games an asset (training provided).
Comfortable using basic computer and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts:
days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
.
Physical requirements:
Able to walk/stand for
8+ hours per shift
and assist with light physical tasks on the floor.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
