Be Part of Something Fresh - Join Good Folk as Our Floor Manager

We're creating a dining experience that's all about good energy, good people, and great food--and we're looking for a Floor Manager to help lead the way.

The Role:

As Floor Manager, you're the glue that holds the front-of-house together. You'll lead shifts, coach the team, and make sure service runs smooth from first greeting to final goodnight. You'll work closely with our GM and help shape what great hospitality looks like in this space.

You'll Be Doing Things Like:

Leading by example on the floor--warm, confident, and always one step ahead Supporting and coaching servers and hosts to deliver standout service Working with the bar team to keep our beverage program tight and creative Managing the flow and vibe of the room during service Helping with schedules, inventory, and day-to-day operations Recruiting and training new team members Making sure we're on point with health, safety, and liquor service rules Jumping in wherever needed--this is a hands-on role

You're a Fit If You:

Have experience as a floor manager, supervisor, or senior server Know your way around a wine list and have solid food knowledge Have ProServe (a must) Lead with calm, clear communication Love building strong teams and memorable guest moments Are flexible, solutions-focused, and thrive in a busy service environment Are in the Bow Valley or planning to move here
