Job Summary



We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working

Restoration Technician

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold restoration. We highly value previous experience with

truck-mounted carpet cleaning systems

and

Sani-Tech operations

, as these skills directly support the cleaning, sanitation, and extraction processes central to this role.

Key Responsibilities



Perform water damage mitigation, including

water extraction using truck-mounted and portable systems

, drying, and dehumidification. Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning, deodorization, and materials removal. Assist in mold remediation in accordance with industry standards and company protocols. Utilize

truck-mounted carpet cleaning systems

and

Sani-Tech or similar sanitation equipment

for deep cleaning, disinfection, and moisture control. Collaborate with team members and project managers to assess damage and carry out restoration plans. Maintain accurate job records, including moisture logs, equipment tracking, and progress updates. Keep job sites clean, safe, and in compliance with company and WorkSafeBC safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills



Previous experience in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, janitorial sanitation, or similar fields. Familiarity with

truck-mounted systems

and/or experience operating

Sani-Tech or related sanitation equipment

is a strong asset. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures. Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving abstract. Must complete and submit a timecard daily.
Previous emergency restoration experience is an asset but not required--we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
