Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills . This role requires flexibility as you will be responsible for supporting various colleagues , ensuring seamless operations in sterilization and disinfection.
Key Responsibilities of a Dental Floater
Clinical Assistance
Assisting dentists and hygienists as needed ( passing instruments, suctioning, etc.). Preparing and disinfecting operatories between patients. Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments.Sterilization & Infection Control
Managing the sterilization area and ensuring proper infection-control protocols. Monitoring inventory of disposable supplies (gloves, masks, bibs, etc.). Restocking operatories throughout the day.Patient Care
Escorting patients to and from treatment rooms.Administrative Support (if needed)
Answering phones and scheduling appointments during busy times. Coordinating lab case pickups and deliveries.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: In person
