We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floater to join our team. This role is essential in providing support across various departments, ensuring that customer service standards are met while assisting with sales and operations. Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and guiding them through product selections. Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage in technology sales by promoting and upselling products to meet customer needs. Support retail operations by maintaining product displays and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked. Assist in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Adapt to various roles within the store as needed, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed across different departments.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
