Flight Simulator/Ground School Instructor Full-Time

We have multiple Full-Time Instructor Pilot positions for Bombardier Business Jet Platform positions at our Montreal Training Centre.

The role we are offering you:

Our ideal candidate has:

CAE is seeking experienced pilots that thrive on coaching others, focused on building customer relationships, and enjoys working with a diverse team.

• Passionate about instructing
• Must have an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) for airplanes
• Must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
• Must have minimum of 1500 multi Crew Experience
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Business Aviation experience is an asset
• Must be available to work irregular hours (weekends and evenings and early mornings)
• The proven ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken, written)
• A professional character with the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environment
• Commitment to the customer - providing continuous \xe2\x80\x9cred carpet\xe2\x80\x9d customer service
• The capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
• A keen eye for detail \xe2\x80\x93 must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and according to all authority requirements
• Bilingual preferred (English & French)
• Proficient computer proficiency \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs

CAE offre un programme complet de formation pour vous aider \xc3\xa0 mettre \xc3\xa0 profit vos connaissances et vos comp\xc3\xa9tences en tant que pilote pour devenir un instructeur et un expert en la mati\xc3\xa8re de classe mondiale qui saura assister les clients lors de leur formation.

Le passionn\xc3\xa9 que nous recherchons poss\xc3\xa8de :

CAE est \xc3\xa0 la recherche de pilotes chevronn\xc3\xa9s qui aiment agir \xc3\xa0 titre de mentors, qui accordent de l\xe2\x80\x99importance \xc3\xa0 la gestion des relations avec les clients, et qui aiment travailler avec diverses \xc3\xa9quipes.

• Avoir la passion d\xe2\x80\x99enseigner
• D\xc3\xa9tenir une licence de pilote de ligne
• D\xc3\xa9tenir un minimum de 1500 heures d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience sur un avion avec \xc3\xa9quipage minimal de 2 pilotes.
• Doit \xc3\xaatre en mesure d\'obtenir FAA ATP (n\xc3\xa9cessite un certificat m\xc3\xa9dical de cat\xc3\xa9gorie 1 pour la d\xc3\xa9livrance initiale)
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience en aviation d\'affaires est un atout
• Doit \xc3\xaatre disponible pour travailler des heures irr\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8res (week-ends et soirs et t\xc3\xb4t le matin)
• Dois \xc3\xaatre autoris\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 vivre et \xc3\xa0 travailler au Canada.
• Dois \xc3\xaatre en mesure de communiquer de fa\xc3\xa7on efficace en anglais
• Connaissances de base en informatique : Microsoft Office et autres programmes sur internet.
• Une v\xc3\xa9ritable attitude professionnelle et la capacit\xc3\xa9 de cr\xc3\xa9er un environnement d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage accueillant et favorisant le succ\xc3\xa8s.
• Une capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9tablie \xc3\xa0 communiquer de mani\xc3\xa8re efficace par diff\xc3\xa9rents moyens (parl\xc3\xa9, \xc3\xa9crit), \xc3\xa0 tous les niveaux.
• Un engagement envers le client, lui fournir un service cinq \xc3\xa9toiles en tout temps.
• La capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99adapter les s\xc3\xa9ances de formations aux besoins de diff\xc3\xa9rents groupes de clients.
• Une attention accrue aux d\xc3\xa9tails \xe2\x80\x94 capacit\xc3\xa9 et volont\xc3\xa9 de tenir des registres exacts et dans un d\xc3\xa9lai raisonnable conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 la politique de CAE et \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9glementation de la FAA.
• Bilingue pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 (anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais)
