We pride ourselves as a leading education provider in the industry, providing students with quality education and preparing them for their careers.We are currently seeking instructors to support Innivecs continued vision of providing top-notch education services to our students.Responsibilities:As an instructor, your role encompasses the following tasks, among others:

• Delivering instruction based on the approved program curriculum.
• Preparing educational materials for interactive classroom sessions, prioritizing student engagement and individualized learning.
• Implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to a diverse group of international students with an intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Facilitating "real world" class projects to enhance students\' practical skills.
• Guiding learning activities for a cohort of international students proficient in English.
• Providing personalized feedback, support, and guidance to students throughout the duration of the course.
• Assessing student progress and communicating their development to college management.
• Keeping abreast of industry practices and global trends, and developing relevant content accordingly.
• Actively participating in pedagogical and staff meetings.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma or degree in a related field, with at least two years of industry experience.
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience, demonstratingproficiency in instructional delivery.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools and platforms is considered an asset.
• Previous experience working with international students is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00-$40.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
