We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced

Flight Attendant Instructor

to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging classroom and practical instruction to flight attendant trainees in accordance with Transport Canada / IATA regulations , standards and policy.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, hands-on, and simulator instruction on all aspects of flight attendant training Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and instructional aids Conduct evaluations and assessments of student performance Maintain accurate training records and documentation Provide mentorship and professional guidance to students Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Assist in curriculum development and updates based on industry changes Participate in audits, meetings, and continuing education as required Ability to use a Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Communicate clearly and effectively in a classroom setting; comfortable with public speaking and addressing a large group of people. Exhibit a high level of approachability, confidence, and enthusiasm as well as possess the ability to create a fun, fair and consistent learning environment. Required to communicate clearly and effectively in a classroom setting; comfortable with public speaking and addressing a large group of people. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
