As a Flight Attendant you will be one of the most highly visible members of our team. You will need to be customer orientated, empathetic, energetic, and committed to delivering excellent customer service with a "going above and beyond" attitude to work. You will demonstrate personal responsibility ? be punctual, timely and proactive. You will also uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Are willing to relocate and work in Bermuda.
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience working as a Flight Attendant
- Are proficient in delivering exceptional customer service with a strong set of skills and abilities
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be a minimum age of 19 years old
- Possess advanced English language abilities, including reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills at an ICAO Level 5 or above
- Ability to attend and successfully complete an intensive three-week training course
- Candidates must possess a valid passport and meet the legal requirements to obtain a US Crew Visa and a 5-year medical certification
- To guarantee your eligibility for the position we will conduct a criminal background check on all candidates
- Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is a requirement for this position.
- High level of flexibility in terms of working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays is part of the job. Must be able to respond to call out within 60 minutes and respond to unforeseen schedule changes

- Seamlessly provide warm and attentive service to uphold the guests comfort
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a hospitable atmosphere for customers and adeptly addressing their requests with a professional demeanor
- Adhere to established protocols to ensure the safety and security of our passengers
- Demonstrate adaptability, perform effectively under stress and proactively and efficiently manage a variety of situations
- Demonstrate proficiency in executing assigned duties, which require prolonged periods of standing
- Possess physical capabilities that align with the demands of daily operations and responsibilities (eg. capacity to assist with lifting luggage, standard door operating procedures) with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
