Flexo Press Operator

to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for running printing equipment, ensuring production quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Work with Press Printing machine Operate and monitor printing machines to meet daily production goals Prepare materials and supplies needed for production jobs Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace Complete necessary paperwork and update job records Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

3-5 years

of experience in

Flexographic Press

operation and setup Strong understanding of press mechanics, tooling, colour mixing, machine controls, and ancillary equipment Ability to troubleshoot and optimize press performance Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is preferred Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
