Job Description

Join our team as a Substitute Educator, stepping in for planned (vacation) and unplanned (illness) absences among our full-time team. This flexible role offers varied hours with no guaranteed schedule--ideal for educators seeking flexibility while gaining meaningful experience in a thoughtfully designed, licensed childcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide coverage and continuity of care for classroom routines Support early learning activities in line with our Montessori + FLIGHT-inspired approach Maintain a calm, clutter-free, and engaging classroom environment

Core Qualifications:

Level 1, 2, or 3 ECE Certification (Government of Alberta) Current First Aid & CPR training (AHS approved) Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check

Additional Qualities:
