Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work individually and must be able to stay on task and conduct yourself professionally.

Duties

Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with marketing strategies to boost product visibility. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends. Conduct store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers and addressing their needs or inquiries. Maintain organized records of merchandising activities, including sales data and customer feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
