Journey Home Mentorship
, a program for premedical students. This position is suitable for an individual who to gain meaningful experience, impact the community at large and enjoy a flexible, casual part-time role.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support in the medical office and mentorship program
Manage appointments, scheduling, and coordination
Support social media management and online engagement
Assist with communications, organization, and follow-up
Work collaboratively with professionals while also taking initiative
Follow and implement instructions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
Strong computer and organizational skills
Hardworking, reliable, and proactive
Coachable, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in social media management is an asset
Excellent organizational skills
