Horizon Hauling is seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team. Horizon Hauling has experienced growth in recent years and our management is in the process of restructuring our safety culture. Our goal is to find a safety, goal orientated individual to assistance in navigating our companies future direction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination/organization and communication/documentation of our fleet facility services to our shop, operator team members.

Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge and background of heavy duty maintenance and repairs. Journeyman HET certification is not required, but considered an asset.

Working knowledge and exposure to oilfield operations and the demands of fleet heavy duty on-road equipment.

Management and organizational experience in fleet maintenance leadership, which includes management of facility operations alongside of Facility Shop Foreman .

Lead and document all facility safety meetings and facility equipment inspections.

Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically, in Excel, Outlook, and ADOBE PDF. Horizon Hauling's current safety and maintenance programs are digitally program based, therefore computer competency and experience are mandatory.

Fleet Manager will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to fleet shop facility documentation and purchasing/ inventory management. Ensuring all required facility documentation meets and or exceeds all government regulations (Ex: Federal NSC /DOT , AMVIC CVIP, Federal OHS) .

Other responsibilities include assisting in : new hire orientations/documentation, employee training program/monitoring.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as manager/supervisor in an oilfield fleet (On-Road) maintenance facility.

Relevant HET Certification, CVIP License not required but considered an asset. Minimum of 10 years experience as an On-Road HET.

Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize tasks, and perform as a leader in a team environment.

Clean Class 5 driver's license is required.

Class 1 driver's license considered an asset, but not necessary.
