Oversee truck routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
Operate dispatch software and real-time tools for fleet tracking.
Allocate routes and schedules to drivers, adjusting as needed.
Track truck locations and make route adjustments for efficiency.
Provide instructions and updates to drivers.
Address and resolve logistical problems promptly.
Inform clients about delivery statuses and handle inquiries.
Work with internal teams to improve operations.
Use GPS and tracking systems to monitor fleet activities.
QualificationsBachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Relevant logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
3+ years in a dispatch or logistics role.
Experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Capable of working independently and managing high-pressure situations.
Employment DetailsSalary: $55,000 - $58,000 Yearly
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
