Job Description

The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and maintain Bunch's fleet of trucks, vans, heavy equipment, and other vehicles. This is a new role and the description will evolve over time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Sourcing fleet vehicles Ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company's fleet. Collaborates with various departments and staff to manage and reduce expenses. Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles. Drafts and presents reports to Financial Controller Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Minimum of 3 years experience with fleet coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time. Must be able to access and navigate gravel parking lot. Must be able and willing report to employer's premises - no hybrid or remote work
