Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated
Fleet Coordinator
to join our Brampton-based Ontario team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle and equipment deliveries, pickups, and maintenance schedules
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, documentation, and compliance
Support the Fleet Manager with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor fleet usage and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license is an asset
