SUMMARY
The Fleet Analyst & Logistics Coordinator (FALC) works as an integral member of the back-office team supporting Regional Operations Managers, BGIS ITS Technicians, and senior executives by analyzing the daily operations and maintenance activities necessary for safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Keeps all Fleet data files up to date, supports the planning, scheduling, and analysis of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. The FALC is also a supporting role who will work with the branch contacts to coordinate necessary fleet changes, repairs, GPS installations, maintenance visits, and any training. The FALC is expected to execute this work according to BGIS standard practices and is responsible to effectively maintain an up- to -date fleet list. The FALC is also responsible for supporting in the financial management of the data of the daily vehicle GPS logs, and fleet costs.
