Job Summary

Heritage Ford is looking for a dedicated Fleet Advisor to join our growing team and oversee the coordination and maintenance of our dealership's fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate maintenance for all fleet vehicles Track repairs and ensure timely completion of service work Maintain detailed and accurate service records for the fleet Communicate with vendors and internal teams via email and phone throughout the day Ensure fleet vehicles are consistently maintained to dealership standards

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in automotive service, fleet management, or service advising (preferred) Comfortable with email communication, scheduling software, and documentation Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-moving environment A proactive attitude and a high level of accountability
