Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fleet operations? GFL Environmental is looking for a

Fleet Administrator

to support our team with maintenance tracking, asset management, licensing, and day to day administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Work in maintenance software for tracking within for all locations. Assist with fleet registration renewals and compliance. Maintain and organize fleet maintenance records (electronic & physical). Process buying activities and AP reconciliations related to fleet operations. Handle purchase orders, purchasing/receiving, and assist with new equipment setups. Coordinate warranty claims, insurance documentation, and fleet-related data tracking. Support fleet management with additional projects as needed.

What You Bring:

Experience with data analysis, and fleet management systems. Strong understanding of purchase to pay processes (AP, PO management). Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Workday (WD). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of fleet and industrial operations is an asset.
