When your actions lead to success:
Receive and review production orders and job assignments from the Supervisor
Verify materials against production orders to ensure accuracy
Operate flatcutting equipment to close tolerances (set backstops, adjust clamp pressure, keep cutter square)
Change cutter blades as required
Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
Operate small and large back slitters as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support other tasks as assigned by the team Qualifications:

Experience using guillotines and precision measuring tools (rulers)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, whole numbers)
Able to troubleshoot and solve routine production issues
