Global Group Logistics Inc. is a Canada & USA flatbed trucking company serving clients across the U.S. We specialize in long-haul freight including construction materials, steel, and machinery. We're looking for an experienced dispatcher to manage long-haul operations and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Plan and dispatch long-haul flatbed loads across multiple states. Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and customers to secure freight. Track driver hours, maintenance schedules, and compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate with drivers throughout the trip, offering support and updates. Optimize routes for cost, timing, and fuel efficiency. Handle scheduling, paperwork, and load documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience dispatching flatbed long-haul trucks. Knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and freight documentation. Experience using TMS software (e.g., McLeod, Xpert or similar). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to manage up to 10 drivers efficiently.

Pay: $23.17-$30.12 per hour
