We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight and equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road. Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness. Operate forklifts and heavy equipment when necessary for loading/unloading tasks.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong safety record. Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely. Experience with freight handling and logistics is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if needed.

Pay: $915.00-$1,047.00 per week
