We are seeking a dedicated and experienced commercial roofer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in general maintenance tasks, with the ability to perform a variety of commercial roofing repairs and improvements. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work part of a team.
Wage is dependent on experience.*
Roofing Maintenance Responsibilities:
min of 2 years of flat roofing experience required
Repairs:
Help with roof repairs, maintenance, and installation of new materials.
Material Handling:
Transport and organize materials and tools at the work site.
Safety Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
Support:
Assist with technical tasks and project execution.
Tool Management:
Use and maintain tools safely
Requirements
Proven experience as a maintenance person or commercial roofer
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build and repair structures.
Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to maintenance tasks.
