Drink Knowledge & Mixology

Expert in classic cocktails (Old Fashioned, Negroni, Manhattan Margarita, etc) Creative signature drink development with strong understanding of flavor balance Confident in speed-pouring, batching, and high-volume service Knowledgeable in spirit categories, beer profiles, wine techniques to create memorable moments with guests

Professionalism

Calm under pressure in rushes and noisy casino environments Excellent cash handling and POS Accuracy SmartServe/ProServe certification (for relevant regional equivalent) Team -orientated, punctual and reliable Prioritizes safety and consistent service while maintaining flair performance

Flair Techniques

Working Flair (Efficient, safe, guest-focused) for high-volume service Exhibition flair for special events, competitions, and entertainment Smooth bottle flips, tin rolls, stalls, pours, and synchronized movement

Guest Experience

Comfortable entertaining large groups and engaging tables, slots, lobby guests High situational awareness-tailoring entertainment to the audience and environment Strong crowd presence with professional, positive attitude Ability to promote specials, signature cocktails, and casino events through personality
