We are looking for individuals to join our team as Labourers/Flag Persons during our R.A.C.S project in Regina, SK. Labourers/Flag persons play a crucial role in our R.A.C.S and paving operations. Labourers/Flag Persons are responsible for a variety of labour tasks including blowing out cracks, applying rubber asphalt products, raking, sweeping, and traffic control. This position is labour intensive, so we are looking for individuals in good physical condition who are comfortable working in fast-paces environments. This position follows a 10 and 4 work schedule with regular overtime and travel. Qualifications

• Minimum Class 5 Driver?s License
• Be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Safety oriented individual
• Strong communication skills
• Flag Person certificate (will train)
• Flexible personality with the ability to multitask

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of labour tasks to assist with Crack Sealing operations including raking, sweeping, blowing out cracks, and applying rubber asphalt products
• Assisting with traffic control as directed by the Site Supervisor
• Participate in daily safety Toolbox meetings to promote a safe work environment
• Perform regular equipment/vehicle inspections
• Take direction from the Site Supervisor to meet daily targets and achieve company goals
