signaliseur effectue une variete de taches pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du parking, tout en offrant un service qui depasse les attentes de nos clients. En fonction des besoins du site, le signaliseur est responsable de l'accueil des clients, de l'emission des tickets, de compter des voitures, de la direction du trafic et de l'assurance de la proprete de Stationnement . Le signaliseur collabore etroitement avec les membres de l'equipe, le responsable des operations et/ou le superviseur de service pour s'assurer que les normes de proprete et de securite sont respectees en tout temps.

The Flagger performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the Flagger is responsible for greeting guests, issuing tickets, completing car counts, directing traffic, and ensuring facility cleanliness. The Flagger works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities





Accueillir les invites a leur arrivee et leur dire au revoir de maniere amicale et courtoise. Agir en tant que controleur de la circulation pour diriger les invites entrants vers des places de stationnement disponibles. Effectuer des comptages de vehicules sur place tout au long du service pour s'assurer que le garage ne deborde pas des espaces disponibles. Effectuer des patrouilles quotidiennes. Controler la circulation aux entrees et sorties si necessaire ; aider les invites qui ont oublie ou ils ont gare leur vehicule. Utiliser une communication respectueuse pour aider les invites avec leurs questions, problemes et preoccupations ; transmettre les informations au Responsable des operations ou au Chef de service si necessaire. Rapporter immediatement tout accident, incident ou preoccupation de securite au Responsable des operations ou au Chef de service. Communiquez de maniere professionnelle en tout temps avec les Clients et les coequipiers
.............................................................................................................................................................Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not over fill available spaces Perform daily patrols Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed; provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Au moins 18 ans. Experience prealable en service client . Excellentes competences en service client et en communication. Capacite a communiquer verbalement avec les clients.
