Job Description

Responsibilities:

Layout, fit and fabricate metal components to assemble steel structural and mono poles using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy and engineering requirements Read, analyze and interpret mechanical drawings Recognize, set up an operate over head crane, hand and power tools common to the trade Weld components using either FMAW or GMAW in various positions as drawing's requirements Work safely in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

3 years of Fitting & Welding experience Proven experience as a welder/fitter in a similar industry/product Ability to work to close tolerances Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing Strong math, communication and problem solving skills Positive attitude and able to work in teams Deftness and attention to detail Able to work after hours and weekends when required

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
